It is manufactured in tongue and groove (shiplap) timber from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine. The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat immediately after installation. The floor of the playhouse is tongue and groove timber as is

the roof which is covered with green mineral felt for protection from the weather. This playhouse requires self-assembly using the instructions supplied; fixings and roof felt are provided. It will require two to three people.
